Welcome to Relax Lounge Stay Guest House. By making a booking or staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions which govern all reservations and stays at our property in Hyderabad, India.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Check-in is available from 6:00 AM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges subject to availability.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made between 5–7 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 5 days or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Visitors are not permitted in rooms after 10:00 PM. The management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. A safe deposit locker is available for valuables. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
The management will not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses sustained by guests during their stay. Guests are advised to ensure their personal safety and secure belongings.
Guest information collected during booking or stay will be used solely to provide services and improve our hospitality. We will not share guests' personal information with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts only.
